  • University degree in engineering or business
  • 5+ years experience in business process and technical requirements analysis and methodology development
  • Previous experience in supporting Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems
  • Knowledge and experience of core ERP SCM business processes, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing and warehousing (material management) processes and operations
  • Ability to produce systematic and consistent requirements specifications in both technical and user language
  • Fluent in English, other languages (German, Spanish) an advantage


  • Perform ongoing analysis of business processes in terms of productivity, quality, cost and time management
  • Evaluate existing business processes
  • Evaluate, prioritise, recommend and lead improvement opportunities and changes to existing processes
  • Define, drive and coordinate the development of process improvement initiatives, projects and activities
  • Meet with stakeholders to define operational requirements and objectives
  • Design and document workflows, manage user expectations and work collaboratively across group facilities
  • Analyse the feasibility of current business processes in terms of productivity, quality, cost, demand and time management
